Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the customisation involved, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist with a resolution, you will be required to provide:
- Clear images and/or videos of the item
- Proof of packaging upon arrival
- Your order number
Once reviewed, Bundlesliga reserves the right to:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a suitable resolution at our discretion
Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved under the above circumstances:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Lace must not be cut
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
Bundlesliga reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns on wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, or tampered with
- Variations in colour, texture, or styling may occur due to lighting and screen differences and do not qualify as defects
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms
